Location: Tunbridge Wells, Southeast England – Salomons Estate
Salary Package: £40,000 plus company vehicle and car allowance

Are you a skilled electrical engineer ready to lead projects and mentor a growing team? An established and expanding property management and development company based in Tunbridge Wells is seeking a Senior Electrician to play a key role in delivering high-quality electrical solutions across a diverse UK property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage electrical engineering projects from inception to completion.
Accurately estimate and manage project costs, labour, and materials.
Mentor junior electricians and ensure adherence to professional standards.
Ensure full compliance with NAPIT regulations and industry best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external contractors.
Take ownership of the electrical department’s delivery and performance.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues with long-term solutions.
Maintain detailed documentation including reports, schematics, and specifications.
Line management duties and direct reporting to the Head of Division.
Work across commercial and residential properties, with some travel required.
What We’re Looking For
Valid NAPIT accreditation (not expired).
Fully qualified in electrical engineering.
Demonstrated experience in leading and managing electrical projects.
Strong costing and budget management skills.
Line management or leadership experience.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Proficiency with industry-standard software and tools.
Willingness to travel occasionally and stay overnight when required.
