Info about what the Senior Electronics Engineer role entails

Working in a small specialist team of Electronic Hardware Engineers your focus will be on value engineering, understanding the customer requirements and working closely with procurement to re-engineer / reverse engineer products to be more cost effective but still meet customer requirements.

Essential Requirements of the Senior Electronics Engineer

  * Value engineering experience - previous experience making existing products more cost effective.

  * DFM experience.

  * Understands the commercial objectives needed for the senior role focused on value engineering.

  * Good electronics design experience – Digital & analogue design experience.

Nice to have Requirements of the Senior Electronics Engineer

  * Previous Aerospace or highly regulated industry electronics design experience
