Senior Embedded Software Engineer - Automotive Technology
Buffalo Grove, IL - Onsite 4 days/week
I'm partnering with a pioneering name in automotive performance technology to recruit a Staff Embedded Software Engineer for their highly talented R&D team in Buffalo Grove, IL.

10+ years of embedded C/C++ experience
Strong systems-level design expertise
Experience with embedded Linux, RTOS, and real-world debugging (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, etc.)
Ability to own architecture and low-level development independently
Solid grasp of vehicle comms protocols (OBD-II, CAN, etc.) is a plus
Comfortable in a "fail fast", rapid prototyping environment
A collaborative, problem-solving mindsetThis role is onsite 4 days per week in Buffalo Grove and offers a competitive salary ($140k-$170k), bonus potential, and full benefits package including PTO and 401(k) match.
