Job Description
We're looking for an experienced, Senior Employer's Agent for a remote role delivering a programme of refurbishment, re-cladding and improvement works for a leading Construction Consultancy. This role will be home based, covering projects across the Birmingham area. There is the opportunity to be based from the clients office if preferred.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take a leading role on a new long term contract for our client. The successful candidate will need to be able to take on an autonomous role, delivering an ongoing programme of works for the end user client. It's a varied workload including pre and post contract duties involving some site inspections and visits alongside office / home working. The role will be fully supported. We are looking for previous experience in housing or local authority alongside significant Contract Administration experience.
