Are you passionate about driving performance in solar PV projects? We're working with a leading international renewable energy consultancy expanding its technical team in India. They're seeking a Senior Energy Yield Consultant to lead and deliver high-quality solar PV yield assessments across utility-scale and C&I projects.
This is a client-facing role with strong technical depth, ideal for someone who enjoys combining analytical rigour with commercial awareness
🧭 What You'll Be Doing
Lead energy yield assessments (EYAs) for solar PV projects across India and APAC.
Conduct detailed analysis using PVsyst, GIS tools, and meteorological datasets.
Review and validate site-specific data, layout designs, and shading impacts.
Prepare bankable reports for developers, investors, and lenders.
Support due diligence and feasibility studies for new solar developments.
Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, grid, environmental) and external stakeholders.
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to process improvement.
🛠️ What You Bring
Proven experience in solar PV energy yield modelling and performance analysis.
Strong command of PVsyst or similar simulation software.
Familiarity with solar resource datasets (e.g., Solargis, NASA, Meteonorm).
Background in engineering research and development within renewables.
Excellent communication skills and ability to lead client conversations.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Renewable, or related field).
