Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Engineer (Civil Engineering) to lead and deliver complex infrastructure and construction projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend technical expertise with impactful leadership within a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Leading the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
* previous experience in civil engineering and project management.
* Strong expertise in civil engineering standards, construction practices, and project delivery methodologies.
* Excellent leadership, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Proficiency in industry tools, such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Project, or similar project management software.
Day-to-Day
On a typical day, you will:
* Oversee project progress by holding regular meetings with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
* Review technical plans, perform design evaluations, and resolve complex engineering challenges.
* Coordinate with contractors and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth project workflows and compliance with local standards.
* Lead and motivate team members, fostering professional growth and maintaining a unified team spirit.
* Conduct performance evaluations for projects, ensuring all deliverables meet quality and sustainability standards.
