Job Description
Salter Grange are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer to join a leading contractor on major projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced construction professional to step into a senior role, working on high-profile projects within the pharma and industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring delivery to the highest standard..
Manage and oversee engineering activities on site, with a strong focus on internal fit out.
Liaise effectively with Design Teams, ensuring coordination across all disciplines.
Drive compliance with BC(A)R requirements and implement robust QA/QC procedures.
Oversee and contribute to project planning, execution, and delivery.Requirements:
Civil Engineering or related degree.
6+ years’ experience as a Senior Engineer, Senior Site Engineer, or Site Engineer with a main contractor.
Proven experience on civil engineering works (roads, drainage, utilities, site development).
Proficient with GPS, robotic total stations, and levelling equipment.
Strong IT skills, including AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and Microsoft Office.Package & Benefits:

Experienced construction professional with a proven track record in leading engineering teams.
Strong background in internal fit out, with cleanroom construction experience an advantage (not essential).
Knowledge and hands-on experience with BcAR and QA/QC procedures.
Excellent communication skills with a history of successful engagement with Design Teams.
