We're looking for a Senior Software Engineering Manager to lead the global delivery and evolution of our clients' digital product portfolio. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, customer experience, and agile product development. Key Responsibilities
Lead global delivery of digital products, ensuring timely execution and high-quality outcomes
Champion agile delivery practices across teams, with a strong emphasis on SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) principles
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and Business stakeholders to align technical delivery with customer needs
Translate strategic goals into actionable engineering and people roadmaps
Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer-led thinking
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
Drive continuous improvement in engineering practices, architecture, and team performance
Stay ahead of industry trends and guide the evolution of the product portfolio and digital capabilitiesAbout you
Proven experience in leading software engineering teams across global environments
Strong technical background with hands-on experience in Azure, .NET, and Angular
Deep understanding of agile methodologies, with practical experience implementing SAFe at scale
Strategic mindset with the ability to balance short-term delivery with long-term product evolution
