Job Description
The Role
Our client, a progressive public sector organisation, seeks an experienced Senior Estates Surveyor for an interim contract. You'll manage a diverse property portfolio including commercial, residential, and development sites, ensuring optimal financial returns.
Location: Uxbridge
Rate: £300 per day (Inside IR35/PAYE)
Duration: 14th July - 12th October 2025
Hours: 36 hours per week (9am-5pm)
Sector: Public Sector
Key Responsibilities
* Property management across shops, offices, and industrial premises
* Negotiate rent reviews, leases, licences, and renewals
* Conduct property valuations and provide expert advice
* Represent the organisation in legal proceedings and tribunals
* Handle landlord/tenant matters and dilapidations claims
Essential Requirements
* RICS qualified with relevant degree
* Significant property case management experience
* Strong knowledge of Landlord & Tenant Law
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills
* Full UK driving licence
* Experience in public/private sector property management
