We’re seeking a Senior Estimator to join our dynamic team in Basildon. This is a key role within the business, offering the opportunity to lead tender processes on a range of high-profile commercial and residential façade projects across London and the South East.

We are a well-established façade contractor with a proven track record in delivering high-quality, technically complex façade solutions. Our projects include curtain walling, rainscreen cladding, insulated render systems, and bespoke architectural façades.
The Role
As Senior Estimator, you’ll be responsible for managing the full tender process from initial enquiry through to submission. You’ll work closely with the Pre-Construction, Design, and Commercial teams to ensure accurate cost planning and competitive pricing.
Key responsibilities:

Analyse drawings, specifications, and other tender documentation.
*
Prepare detailed cost estimates for façade packages.
*
Liaise with supply chain partners and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations.
*
Attend pre-tender and post-tender meetings as required.
*
Identify risks and opportunities within the scope of work.
*
Prepare handovers for successful tenders to the project team.
Requirements:
*
Minimum 5 years of estimating experience, ideally within the façade or building envelope sector.
*
Strong understanding of curtain walling, cladding systems, and related materials.
*
Excellent numerical, analytical, and communication skills.
*
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and estimating software (e.g., ConQuest, Bluebeam, or similar).
*
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
*
A proactive and commercially astute approach.
