  ️ THE OPPORTUNITY

We are partnering with a leading Employee-Owned Tier 1 Contractor seeking a Senior Estimator – Infrastructure to join their growing Infrastructure division in Mississauga, Ontario.

This team delivers major transportation and infrastructure projects including:

   Roads & Highways
   Bridges & Interchanges
   LRT & BRT Transit Systems
✈️ Airports
  ️ Heavy Civil & Transportation Infrastructure

This is more than pricing work.

You will influence strategy, shape project delivery and play a major role in securing high-profile infrastructure projects.

This role also offers genuine leadership responsibility with the opportunity to mentor and develop estimating teams.

   WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

   Lead and coordinate estimates across medium to large infrastructure pursuits
   Drive conceptual estimating, budgeting and bid preparation
   Analyse tender documents, drawings and technical requirements
   Develop constructability solutions and competitive bid strategies
   Identify project risks, opportunities and cost-saving initiatives
   Prepare schedules, labour, equipment and productivity planning
   Lead bid close processes and estimating strategy meetings
   Review subcontractor pricing and negotiate scope clarification
   Benchmark and cost projects using historical and market data
   Mentor and develop junior estimators and support teams
   Drive accountability, collaboration and estimating excellence

   WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

✔️ 10–12 years combined field and estimating experience
✔️ Heavy Civil, Transit or Infrastructure estimating experience essential
✔️ Strong understanding of procurement and tendering processes
✔️ Ability to lead estimates and coordinate teams effectively
✔️ Strong commercial and technical capability
✔️ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
✔️ Passion for winning work and delivering high-quality bids
