This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing commercial fit out contractor based in London, delivering high-quality CAT A and CAT B fit out projects across the capital. With a strong reputation for excellence and a growing portfolio of projects ranging from £1m to £30m, the company is expanding its pre-construction team to support its ambitious growth plans.
Your new role
Key responsibilities include:
Preparing detailed cost estimates and tender submissions
Managing the full tender process across multiple packages
Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
Supporting bid strategy and value engineering
Contributing to business development through successful tenderingWhat you'll need to succeed
Proven experience as an Estimator within a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Main Contractor
Strong knowledge of CAT A and CAT B commercial fit out projects
Experience with full packages of work on projects from £1m to £10m, with exposure to larger cut and carve schemes up to £30m
A proactive, commercially minded approach with a passion for winning work
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, growing business
Must have the right to work in the UK and will not require Visa sponsorshipWhat you'll get in return
Competitive salary of £70,000 - £80,000 depending on experience
