With several years of experience under your belt, you'll be a key player in our client’s team, driving projects to success from conception to completion.

As they continue to grow, they are seeking a highly experienced Senior Estimator to join the team and play a pivotal role in project planning and tendering processes.

Opportunity:
* Prepare detailed cost estimates for projects from initial concept through to final tender submission.
* Analyse drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive take-offs and estimates.
* Work closely with the pre-construction, engineering, procurement, and project teams to understand scope and risk.
* Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain accurate and competitive quotes.
* Present estimates and risk assessments to senior management and clients.
Personal Profile:
* Minimum 5+ years of experience in estimating.
* Proven track record of successfully bidding on and winning medium to large-scale projects.
* Strong understanding of industry pricing, materials, and construction methods.
