A hugely successful construction business (15 million turnover with new division growing at 1mil per year; renowned for bespoke fit-outs, creative solutions, and precision-engineered suspended ceilings, is expanding into the interior glazing and demountable glazing market. As the first Estimator in this division, you’ll:
* Take full ownership of the estimating process, from initial enquiry to final tender, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and profitability.
* Work directly with the Project Director to define and implement standards, processes, and best practices for a brand-new division.
* Play a strategic, high-profile role in shaping the growth, direction, and reputation of the interior glazing division.
* Collaborate with design, project, and operations teams to support business development and client engagement.
* Mentor and help build a high-performing team of estimators, quantity surveyors, and project managers.
What you bring:
* Proven experience in the interior glazing, fit-out and demountable glazing and partition market.
* Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and influencing skills, with the ability to shape a new division.
* Excellent technical drawing interpretation skills (CAD essential; design experience not required).
* Ambition to innovate, set standards, and establish yourself as a key leader in a rapidly growing, high-profile division.

Requirements:
* 5+ Years Construction Estimating experience
* Solid understanding of Interior Glazing, Fit-out and demountable glazing (Essential)
* Can work autonomously
* Strategic thinker and can confidently grow and lead a team
* Degree qualified preferred
* Strong communicator, team-oriented, personable, and driven
* Hungry to progress and passionate about growing the business
