Are you an experienced Senior Estimator ready to take on a pivotal role with a leading national grounds maintenance provider?
We’re seeking a commercially astute professional to join our client's team, bringing strong estimating expertise to support large-scale bids and contracts across the UK.
This is a hybrid role offering flexibility in location, with some national travel required to meet client and project needs.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Leading the estimating process for grounds maintenance contracts across the UK.
* Preparing accurate, competitive, and commercially viable tenders.
* Working closely with operations, commercial, and business development teams.
* Engaging directly with clients to understand requirements and scope.
* Supporting business growth through innovative and cost-effective solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Senior Estimator, ideally within grounds maintenance, landscaping, facilities management or a related sector.
* Strong commercial awareness and ability to balance competitiveness with profitability.
* Excellent analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
* A collaborative, solution-focused approach with strong communication skills.
* Flexibility to travel nationally as required.
