Job Description
Senior Estimator – Freelance – Berkshire
This leading Tier 1, Residential contractor has an immediate requirement for an Estimator to support the estimating team on new build residential projects.
Your role as a Senior Estimator will be to add immediate support to the Estimating team from their Berkshire regional office and assist on new build residential projects consisting of both houses and low-rise blocks of flats.
You will have worked as an Estimator or Senior Estimator consistently for recognised main contractors on significant projects over £10m in value. Single stage and 2-stage tender experience is essential, and you will have re A UK construction qualification is required.
