Job Title: Senior Experience Lead Location: Windsor, once per week Remuneration: Daily Rate: Up to £350 Contract Details: Fixed Term Contract (6 months) Responsibilities: Drive Learner Engagement Strategy: Develop and implement an engaging strategy that promotes Learning & Development (L&D) across all business units, ensuring colleagues know what's available and why it matters. Champion the Learner Experience Across Platforms: Oversee user experience on platforms such as the L&D Hub and My Learning Campus (MLC), ensuring content is accessible and aligned with engagement campaigns. Lead Campaigns That Inspire Action: Design targeted campaigns (e.g., Learning at Work Week) that bring learning to life, specifically for engineers and contact centre colleagues. Collaborate to Amplify Reach and Relevance: Work with L&D partners and communications teams to ensure timely, engaging messaging that aligns with business priorities. Provide Strategic Visibility and Updates: Deliver regular updates on engagement metrics and campaign outcomes to the People team and senior leaders. Use Data to Inform and Improve: Track and analyse engagement metrics to refine strategies and enhance the learner journey. Support Personalisation and Self-Service: Assist business units in tailoring their learning presence, enabling colleagues to self-serve and access relevant opportunities. Create and Curate Engaging Content: Develop compelling visuals, videos, and messaging that resonate with learners and drive participation. Foster a Culture of Continuous Learning: Advocate for learning and support the L&D community, encouraging peer sharing and embedding learning into everyday experiences. Extensive experience in Learning & Development, connecting learning strategy to business needs. Excellent communication skills, capable of crafting messages that resonate with diverse audiences. Proficiency in video editing and visual content creation using tools like Clipchamp or Canva. Familiarity with learning management systems and social learning tools, focusing on user experience. Experience in designing and executing impactful learning campaigns. A data-driven mindset, skilled in tracking and interpreting engagement metrics. A collaborative and self-directed approach, thriving in fast-paced environments. A customer-focused attitude, always considering the learner's needs.
