We're looking for a high-performing, ambitious consultant to join our St Albans team and play a key role in our continued growth.

We currently have opportunities across Primary and Secondary, making this an exciting opportunity for an experienced consultant looking to develop their career within a well-established and successful education recruitment business.
Essential Criteria - Please Do Not Apply Unless You Meet the Following:
Minimum 12 months' experience in education recruitment
Strong sector knowledge with existing client and candidate relationships
Experience within Primary or Secondary recruitment
A proven track record of consistent billings and success
A strong commercial mindset and genuine ambition to progressThe Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:
Business development - generating new school partnerships and opportunities
Maximising placements - placing as many candidates into schools as possible
Building and maintaining relationships with schools and candidates
Attending school visits and developing strong, long-term partnerships
Proactive sales activity, including outbound business development
Marketing to schools, promoting candidates and our services
Growing your desk and becoming a trusted recruitment partner within your specialist marketWhether your background is predominantly Primary or Secondary, you'll have the opportunity to develop your market, grow your client base and maximise your earning potential.

You'll be supported by a strong operational infrastructure, allowing you to focus on what you do best - sales, relationships and making placements.
You'll have access to:
Dedicated Resourcers to source candidates
Specialist Compliance Officers to clear candidates
In-house CRM Consultants
Dedicated Payroll, IT and Marketing teamsYou won't need to resource or handle compliance - everything is in place to make your role as efficient and successful as possible.
