Are you a passionate and dedicated Level 3+ Early Years Practitioner looking for your next opportunity in South Liverpool? Tradewind Recruitment is seeking an enthusiastic, nurturing, and highly skilled practitioner to join a warm and supportive Early Years setting.

About the Role

We are looking for a practitioner who:

Holds a minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent).

Has a strong understanding of the EYFS framework.

Can create engaging, inclusive, and stimulating learning environments.

Demonstrates excellent communication skills and a caring, child-centred approach.

Is confident supporting children with varying needs and developmental stages.

Able to effectively manage a fantastic team of other EYFS professionals.

Responsibilities

Planning and delivering high-quality, play-based learning opportunities.

Supporting children's personal, social, and emotional development.

Observing, assessing, and recording children's progress.

Working in partnership with parents, carers, and colleagues.

Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all children at all times.

Requirements

Level 3 or higher qualification in Early Years (CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent).
