North West of England - Lancashire.
Salary and Benefits Package:
Paying £35,000 - £40,000 salary per year, depending on experience.
Discretionary bonus of up to 1.5 months' salary.
Company pension scheme.

About The Company:
Vegetable growers in the North West of England.
The Job Role Details:
Reporting to the company Owner, as the Senior Fieldwork / Farm Machinery Operator you will carry out fieldwork operations like groundwork, spraying, and weeding, and support the Owner in effective running of the farming operations.
Key Responsibilities:
You will…
Carry out spraying operations on 200Ha of brassica production, including all documentation and record keeping for legal and customer requirements.
Groundwork, weeding operations, and management of other contractors.
Operate farm machinery and equipment.
Support other farm operations - harvesting and yard work.Ideal Person Skills & Qualifications:
You will have / be…
PA1, PA2, PA4 tickets.
FLT trained.
BASIS is highly desirable but not required.
Experience working in a horticultural or brassica farming operation.
Experience operating farm machinery and equipment.
Good with administration tasks, sufficient detail focus but pragmatic approach.
Willing to work hours required to ensure jobs are completed in best conditions i.e. working weekends/mornings/evenings as required.
Self-starter, able to work under your own initiative.
Good working knowledge of Assurance schemes, and Pesticide legislation.
Good commercial understanding of, and interest in field vegetables.
