Search are currently working with a growing business based in Malton who are looking for a Senior Finance Administrator to join their team!
Responsibilities:
Answering incoming calls and dealing with the central finance inbox
Speaking with suppliers
Dealing with invoice queries
Submitting staff expenses and sending payment runs
Dealing with insurances
Following up on overdue invoices for paymentSuccessful candidate will possess:
Previous experience within a similar background
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work to timed deadlines
Microsoft proficient
Ability to work as part of a team Whats on offer:
Salary up to £30,000 per annum
Free on site parking
Pension
28 days annual leave
Monday to Friday - 9 - 5
