Senior IFA Administrator
Location: Ipswich
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 DOE - Full-time, Hybrid
About the role
We’re delighted to be working with a highly regarded independent financial advice firm who are looking to welcome a Senior IFA Administrator into their close-knit support team in Ipswich.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected, people-first business that has built a strong reputation for providing bespoke financial planning and wealth management services across the UK. What you’ll be doing
Preparing and processing business for new and existing clients
Supporting paraplanners and IFAs with day-to-day administration
Maintaining client records on the back-office system (Intelliflo Office)
Handling client and provider queries via phone and email
Liaising with product providers to gather policy information
Ensuring client files are compliant with FCA regulations
Assisting with suitability report writing and other technical admin tasks
What we’re looking for
2+ years’ experience in financial services administration (IFA/Wealth Management background essential)
Strong knowledge of report writing and ideally some experience with suitability reports
GCSE Maths & English (C or above) or equivalent
Confident communication skills and strong attention to detail
Proactive, team player who enjoys getting stuck in and supporting colleagues
Experience with Intelliflo Office and provider platforms is desirable
Progress towards industry exams (CII) would be a bonus – or willingness to study (full support provided)What’s in it for you

Hybrid working – typically 3 days in the office (after probation)
