Job Description
Are you an experienced fire safety professional looking for your next challenge? We’re seeking a Senior Fire Officer to take the lead on managing the Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) programme and driving compliance across our organisation. This is a critical role ensuring the safety of our people, assets, and operations.
About the Role:
As our Senior Fire Officer, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the outsourced FRA programme, ensuring that assessments are delivered on time, and actions are completed efficiently and effectively. You’ll work closely with operational directors, teams, and our risk management systems to keep our fire safety strategy on track.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the outsourced FRA programme, ensuring assessments are completed within agreed timescales.

Ensure all FRAs and related actions are uploaded accurately to RiskHub, and that provider queries are resolved promptly.

Allocate actions to operational teams and monitor progress to ensure close-out within agreed timelines.
*
Collaborate with operational directors and teams to support the completion of FRA actions and associated remedial works.
*
Maintain the RiskHub system, ensuring real-time updates and timely closure of actions.
*
Produce regular business intelligence reports highlighting delays and providing proactive solutions to senior stakeholders.
This is a hybrid role, which will require going into the office 1 day per week. Excellent working conditions and a 3 month + contract.
