As a Senior Fire Safety Engineer, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of fire safety engineering.
Develop bespoke fire safety designs and perform fire engineering assessments.
Evaluate fire prevention systems, suppression controls, and fire risk mitigation strategies.
Conduct fire hazard workshops and perform fire modelling for advanced design solutions.
Engage with clients, stakeholders, and regulators, building lasting partnerships.
Provide mentorship to junior engineers and guide project teams towards success.
Identify new business opportunities while delivering impactful project results.
Travel occasionally to client sites across the UK and internationally to bring solutions to life.
Bring your expertise and passion to the table with the following:
A Bachelor's degree in Fire Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
Proven experience in preparing and delivering technical fire engineering reports.
In-depth familiarity with UK fire safety regulations and standards-e.g., Approved Document B, BS 9999, BS 9991.
Confidence working with clients, contractors, local authorities, and design teams.No two days are the same! In this role, you'll:
Collaborate with clients and design tailored, cutting-edge fire safety strategies.
Leverage data and advanced fire modelling tools to enhance project designs.
Prepare comprehensive technical reports for clients and regulatory bodies.
Effectively lead or participate in workshops and project meetings.
Mentor junior engineers and inspire a culture of growth and collaboration.
