Job Description

Chroma is working with a growing Engineering company who are looking for a Senior Firmware Architect Engineer to join their team in Stockport!
 
As Senior Firmware Architect Engineer you’ll develop, maintain and evolve solutions for low power battery devices. You’ll ensure these devices are compliant with regulations and stable for the long term.
 
The Senior Firmware Architect Engineer will collaborate with engineers from various teams to execute the development of these products against requirements, standards and regulatory requirements.
 
Role Requirements

Degree qualified in Electronics Engineering, Computing or relevant
Previous experience in similar role
Ability to interpret technical standards, directives, and regulatory requirements.
Experience in supporting product approval, compliance, certification, or testing within a regulated engineering environment
C/C++ programming
Electronics/Embedded Engineering environment
