Senior Commercial Building Manager / FM – London – c£85k + Bens
Our client is a major international financial services group, operating through multiple trading brands and affiliate companies worldwide.
Within their Commercial Property Services division, they are now looking to hire a Senior Commercial Building Manager / FM as follows:
* Site based, on a flagship, multi-tenanted London site exceeding 200,000 Sq. Ft.
* Client facing, managing the entire site-based team with multiple direct reports
* Setting & overseeing all aspects of the service charge budget, which stands in excess of £5M+ per annum
* Suitably qualified, with related professional accreditation (IWFM/RICS & NEBOSH)
* Thorough understanding of commercial leases, landlord & tenant matters, and complex service charge budgets
* 5 years direct experience overseeing similarly large/flagship sites, with a stable career history
* Oversight of lifecycle replacement programmes and planned projects, including client funded capex works
* Track record in Sustainability and ESG related targets
* Good general M&E and systems awareness
Salary for the successful Commercial Building Manager / FM will start at up to £85k + Benefits with reviews and uplifts based on tenure and performance.
