Job Description
F5 is a small but growing fostering agency. We pride ourselves on knowing our foster carers and children well, enabling us to provide personalised and responsive support. The role will focus upon the support, supervision and development of foster carers. Because we are small, you will have the chance to shape the direction and ethos of the service, providing unique opportunities to develop and grow alongside the agency, supported at all times by an experienced and enthusiastic management team.
You will be:
* A qualified social worker with a good understanding of the issues and dilemmas of fostering.
* Focussed upon achieving the best outcomes for children and young people.
* Willing to take on areas of specific responsibility.
* Able to play a role in an out of hours rota.
* Willing to go the ‘extra mile’ when needed to support stability and security for our children and young people.
