Monday to Friday
7:00am - 3:30pm
40 hours per weekWe're looking for an experienced Senior Supervisor to join a prestigious contract catering operation within a high-profile financial institution in Central London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a professional, fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service in a client-focused setting.
The role:
Leading a team to ensure smooth day-to-day service across breakfast, lunch, and hospitality events
Supporting the management team with operational planning and service delivery
Acting as a key point of contact for the client and maintaining the highest service standards
Overseeing food presentation, compliance, and hygiene standards
Motivating and developing your team to deliver a consistent 5-star experienceExperience required:
Previous senior supervisory experience in contract catering or high-end restaurants
Confident leading a team and working closely with both kitchen and front-of-house staff
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
A hands-on, proactive approach with a calm and professional manner
