Senior Full-Stack Engineer (React-Heavy) – Remote | $120–140K + Equity
Our client is a lean, profitable SaaS startup growing fast — 7,000+ paying customers, zero reliance on venture capital, and building beyond forms into a full-stack workflow automation platform.
This is their #1 hiring priority. You’ll be one of just six engineers — expected to shape product, ship fast, and raise the bar.
What You’ll Do
*
Own major parts of the product across the stack — with a frontend skew (React-heavy)
*
Work closely with the CEO and founding team on features used by tens of thousands
*
Ship fast, clean, and without hand-holding
*
Contribute to a culture of speed, craft, and accountability
Must-Haves
*
4+ years shipping production software in fast-moving startups (<250 people)
*
Deep React experience — this is not negotiable
*
Comfortable building full-stack, ideally with TypeScript, Node, and modern tools
*
Product-first mindset — you’ve owned things, improved UX, made real impact
*
Fast, sharp, and committed to building something meaningful
