About the role and you:
Are you an experienced administrator with strong people‑management skills and a passion for delivering excellent supporter care?
At Children’s Hospice South West, our fundraising teams play a vital role in enabling us to support babies, children and families across the region. We are looking for a proactive, organised and enthusiastic Senior Fundraising Administrator to manage and coordinate the fundraising administration function, supporting colleagues, volunteers and supporters to deliver maximum impact.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator, ideally with experience in fundraising, charity or customer‑focused environments, to lead a busy administrative team and provide high‑quality support across a wide range of fundraising activities, events and projects.
You will need experience of managing people, working with databases or CRM systems, and coordinating complex administrative processes. You’ll be highly organised, able to manage competing priorities, have excellent attention to detail and strong all‑round communication skills. A professional and discreet approach is essential, along with the ability to motivate staff and volunteers and work confidently with a wide range of stakeholders.
Strong IT skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook and Publisher), are essential. Experience of Salesforce, fundraising or working with volunteers is desirable.
This role is based at Little Bridge House.
