The Role
As a Senior Geo-Environmental Consultant, you will:
Lead and deliver high-quality geo-environmental assessments, including Preliminary Risk Assessments and Quantitative Risk Assessments for human health and controlled waters
Supervise and manage ground investigations, including soil and rock logging, and groundwater/gas monitoring
Produce detailed technical reports and support project teams in managing environmental risks
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and best practice, including planning and regulatory processes
Work collaboratively across disciplines and with clients to develop practical, sustainable solutionsAbout You
Degree in Geology, Engineering Geology, Environmental Science or a related discipline
Strong experience producing geo-environmental desk studies and risk assessments
Experience managing site investigations and contaminated land assessments
Familiarity with UK regulatory and planning frameworks for contaminated land
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A full UK driving licence (preferably clean) Locations; Manchester, Newcastle, London, Edinburgh, Liverpool
The role would suit a proactive team player who is comfortable working in a collaborative environment. Strong organisational and client facing skills with a passion for solving complex problems.
