Join our client as a Senior Graphic Designer and drive impactful campaigns across digital and print.
Senior Graphic Designer
Salary: £29,502 per annum pro-rata
Location: Rotherham and Worksop (multi-site)
Hours: Monday to Friday, Full - Time
Contract: Temporary role until December 2026
Join the existing marketing team and lead the creative direction across multiple colleges and subsidiaries. This is a hands-on role where your design and leadership skills will shape campaigns that engage students, employers, and the wider community. You’ll be the guardian of brand consistency, producing high-quality assets for digital, print, video, and animation.
You’ll collaborate with marketing officers, senior managers, and internal clients to deliver outstanding creative solutions. From concept to completion, you’ll oversee design projects, manage budgets, and advise on commercial and internal campaigns. Your work will reflect the client's mission and values, enhancing its reputation and reach.
Responsibilities include:
* Leading design projects and presenting creative concepts
* Creating animations, GIFs, and video content for digital campaigns
* Producing artwork for print, outdoor advertising, exhibitions, and social media
* Advising on brand guidelines and safeguarding brand identity
* Managing photography libraries and organising shoots
* Supporting open events, graduations, and other key activities
* Delegating tasks and mentoring junior designers
* Collaborating to improve visual communication across campuses
* Managing relationships with suppliers and internal clients
Candidate requirements:
* Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Animate, Premiere Pro)
* Skilled in digital publishing, animation, and video editing
* Strong communicator and team player with a passion for great design
* Able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
* A current and valid ENHANCED DBS is required
* Full UK driving licence or equivalent mobility access
* Committed to equality, safeguarding, and continuous professional development
* Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities
