Senior Group Reporting Accountant - Renewable Energy
📍 Hybrid | 2-3 Days Onsite, remainder at home in either Perth or Glasgow, Scotland
📅 Start: ASAP | Duration: 12 Months (with potential extension)
💷 £415/day | Inside IR35 via Umbrella

🔍 What You'll Be Doing:
Lead group financial reporting and consolidation for a listed plc.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and corporate governance.
Deliver accurate, timely statutory reports and support external audit processes.
Drive continuous improvement across reporting systems and workflows.
Work independently on complex reporting challenges with resilience and precision.
✅ What You'll Bring:
ACA/CA/ACCA qualified with 5+ years PQE in financial reporting or external audit.
Strong experience in listed plc environments and knowledge of consolidations.
Up-to-date knowledge of IFRS and governance requirements.
Advanced analytical skills and a proactive mindset for process improvement.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of Thomson-Reuters OneSource is a plus.
Full UK working rights and ability to pass BPSS clearance.
