Senior Growth Manager - OOH & ATL Media

Manchester | Hybrid Working | £37,000 - £45,000 + Uncapped Commission

A growing and highly ambitious integrated media agency is looking to recruit a Senior Growth Manager to join its expanding team in Manchester.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced media professional with strong OOH planning and buying experience who is looking for a broad, commercially focused role offering exposure to strategy, client management, campaign delivery and business growth.

Working with clients across a range of sectors, you'll take ownership of campaigns from initial brief through to execution, while playing a key role in driving client growth and developing long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  * Manage and convert inbound client enquiries and opportunities

  * Develop media strategies and campaign recommendations across OOH, TV, Radio, Digital and wider ATL channels

  * Plan and buy media campaigns across multiple markets

  * Build and maintain strong client relationships

  * Deliver campaigns from briefing through to execution and reporting

  * Work closely with media owners and external partners

  * Lead client presentations, proposals and pitching activities

  * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered successfully

About You

  * Experience within an agency, media planning, media buying or advertising sales environment

  * Proven experience planning and buying OOH campaigns

  * Experience managing campaigns and client relationships end-to-end

  * Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  * Commercially minded with a proactive approach

  * Able to work independently and take ownership of projects

  * Passionate about media, marketing and advertising strategy

Salary & Benefits

  * Basic salary of £37,000 - £45,000

  * Uncapped commission structure (OTE £50,000+)
