THE ROLE

Lead, coach and develop the existing sales team plus future hires

COMMERCIAL PERFORMANCE & RESULTS

Implement and maximise the new sales portal system
Hit aggressive targets in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment

Strong P&L management experience with focus on profitability
Multi-location or international expansion experience essential
