Senior Health and Safety Manager | Dublin | €70,000-€110,000 DOE + Bonus + Company Shares + Further Benefits

If so, this Senior Health & Safety Manager role in Dublin could be a great fit. You'll play a key part in leading safety initiatives across a large facility while having the opportunity to further develop your Health and Safety skills.
Responsibilities include:
Lead the site Health & Safety team and work closely with operational and support functions to maintain compliance with legislation and company safety standards
Analyse site safety data using internal systems and provide insights to support leadership decision-making
Design and roll out site-specific safety training, ergonomic initiatives, and preventive programmes to strengthen the safety culture
Conduct risk assessments for new equipment and processes, review updates to standard procedures, and maintain current risk documentation
Champion health and safety across the site, engaging management and colleagues to embed a proactive safety mindset
You will have:
Proven experience in a Health & Safety role with clear leadership responsibilities
NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent, or an IOSH Diploma in Occupational Safety, or Degree
Experience managing a team and engaging with a wide range of stakeholders
Strong communication skills and a proactive, positive approach to health and safety
