Senior Care Assistant – £14.43 per hour
Location: Cheadle Hulme | Hours: 8am–8pm, rolling rota (3 on, 3 off)

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care to residents, supporting them like family. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading and coaching a team of Care Assistants
Creating and delivering personalised support plans
Administering medication safely and effectively
Flexibility matters—let us know your preferred hours, and we will do our best to accommodate.
About You:
The ideal candidate will:
Have previous experience in a care role
Hold an NVQ Level 2 in Care (or equivalent)
Enjoy mentoring and motivating others
Share a passion for individualised care and making a real difference every day
