Senior HGV / Heavy Plant Engineer / Fitter
Location: Bicester, OX25 1AE (with travel to customer sites as required)
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, DOE + Excellent Benefits!
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Utranazz, the UK’s leading supplier of concrete equipment, is seeking a Senior HGV and / or Heavy Plant Engineer Fitter to lead on complex diagnostics, repairs, and servicing of our specialist concrete machinery.
This is a hands-on, senior-level role suited to an experienced engineer looking to apply their skills in a niche, highly technical environment.
As a key member of our engineering team, you will work on a diverse fleet of equipment including concrete mixers, pumps, batching plants, silos, and volumetric mixers - both in our Bicester workshop and at customer sites across the UK.
In addition to this, as our Heavy Plant Engineer you will be responsible for:
* Leading on advanced diagnostics, repair, and maintenance of concrete equipment with mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic systems.
* Overseeing and supporting less experienced engineers when required.
* Conducting equipment inspections, testing, and final commissioning before dispatch or after repair.
* Representing Utranazz professionally on customer sites, offering technical advice and on-the-spot fault resolution.
* Assisting with continuous improvement of workshop practices and service quality.
In order to be successful in this role you must have:
* Extensive hands-on experience as a senior-level HGV or heavy plant engineer/fitter, ideally within the concrete equipment or construction machinery industry.
* High-level expertise across mechanics, hydraulics, 12/24V & 3-Phase electrics, electronics and diagnostics (CANbus, PLC systems etc.).
* Proven ability to work independently in both workshop and field environments being a direct representative of Utranazz with our customer.
* Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
* Full UK driving licence required.
