The Role
We are a progressive public sector organisation seeking an experienced Senior Housing Management Officer for an interim contract. You'll manage complex Anti-Social Behaviour and Domestic Abuse cases, conduct risk assessments, prepare legal cases, represent the organisation in court, and work with Police, Mental Health services and partner agencies to support vulnerable residents.
Location: Uxbridge
Rate: £18.58 per hour (Inside IR35/PAYE)
Duration: 21st July - 26th October 2025
Hours: 36 hours per week (9am-5pm)

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage challenging ASB and domestic abuse caseloads
* Conduct risk assessments using the Save Lives framework
* Prepare legal cases and represent organisation in court
* Work with Police, Mental Health services and partner agencies
* Visit clients in various settings, including prisons
Essential Requirements:
* Minimum 4+ yearsof experience managing complex ASB/domestic abuse cases
* Level 4/5 Housing qualifications (or working towards)
* Court experience and tenancy enforcement background
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
* Flexibility for occasional out-of-hours work
Desirable:
* IDVA qualification
* Experience with troubled families
* Knowledge of current housing legislation
Standard DBS check required
