Job Description
BDS are currently looking to recruit an Senior Housing Project Manager, to work with a housing organisation based in the Islington area of London.
The senior housing project manager will lead on the delivery of a portion of planned investment programme – ensuring that projects are delivered effectively, there is a high level of effective customer engagement, meet high performance standards and funding requirements.
Your role will include;
* Managing a tecnical team to scope your portion of planned investment programmes.
* Project manage contracters to deliver a multi-million pound investment programme.
* Manage internal stakeholder relationships.
* Oversee commercial matters on your portion of the planned investment programme.
The ideal candidate will have demostratable experience withing Project Management in Housing, Construction or the built environment.
Hours are 35 hours per week (hybrid working)
Payrate - £271.35 per day PAYE or £358.84 per day UMB
