We are hiring a hands on Senior HR Advisor (Generalist) to join our client, a busy, fast-paced operation based in Birmingham.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and can confidently advise Managers while keeping the employee experience front and centre.
Key responsibilities:
* First-line HR support across ER, recruitment, onboarding, and performance
* Guiding managers through HR processes with clarity and confidence
* Supporting HR projects, policy updates, and engagement initiatives
* Ensuring compliance and maintaining accurate HR data
The Successful Candidate:
* Solid HR Generalist experience
* CIPD Level 5 or Equivalent
* A warm, engaging personality with the ability to build rapport quickly
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
* A proactive mindset and a passion for delivering great HR service
