Job Description
Hampshire County Council & Education Personnel Services are looking to appoint a Senior HR Advisor to the Team.
6 month contract
£20.41 - £22.64 ph PAYE
Hybrid working - 1 day in Winchester per week
As part of the role, you will be required to support our help desk service with the remaining part of the week managing your own casework.
You MUST have solid casework experience and be able to hit the ground running.
Excellent IT skills and time/organisation management skills are essential for accurately recording customer interactions on our databases and monitoring customer feedback whilst managing a high level of casework.

There is a requirement of travel with this position and you will be expected to visit our schools in person as required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills will ensure that you have the confidence to advise and with support you will be able to identify a range of risk-based options and provide sound HR advice to our schools.
Ideally be Level 5 CIPD qualified
