As a strategic HR partner, you’ll collaborate with senior leaders to translate business needs into impactful HR initiatives. You’ll lead on culture transformation, employee engagement, and learning strategies that support career development, talent pipelines, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
HR Business Partnering
Deliver expert HR guidance across performance, recruitment, talent, compensation, and employee relations.
Lead change management initiatives and support organisational restructuring.
Implement pay and reward strategies, ensuring compliance and equity.
Champion employee wellbeing and benefits utilisation.
Culture Development
Drive the company’s culture strategy to enhance engagement and performance.
Lead culture surveys, steering committees, and employee forums.
Foster two-way communication and build a strong internal culture community.
Learning & Development
Develop and implement a learning culture aligned with business goals.
Launch digital and bespoke learning content, onboarding programmes, and compliance training.
Support career development through coaching, mentoring, and succession planning.
Lead early careers initiatives including apprenticeships and graduate programmes.
Build partnerships with schools, universities, and training providers.
What We’re Looking For
CIPD qualified with senior HR experience in a manufacturing or engineering setting.
Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
Proven ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of an organisation.
Excellent communication, coaching, and data-driven decision-making skills.
