Senior HR Business Partner - Operations
* Based in Wellingborough (Northamptonshire) or Wednesbury (West Midlands)
* Permanent
* Hybrid working offered once relationships have been built however regular travel will be required for this role
* Paying up to £110k plus benefits

Key responsibilities of the Senior HR Business Partner:
· Partner with senior leaders to deliver the people strategy across multiple sites
· Coach and develop operational managers and leadership teams
· Lead workforce planning, organisational design, and talent development
· Manage complex employee and industrial relations, including pay negotiations and union engagement
· Champion culture, safety, inclusion, and continuous improvement
· Provide HR insights to drive performance and workforce productivity
· Lead and develop an operations-aligned HR team
Key requirements of the Senior HR Business Partner:
* Proven Senior HRBP experience in a heavily operational business, e.g. manufacturing, industrial, or logistics environments
* Strong stakeholder management and leadership coaching skills
* Experienced in complex ER, IR, and union negotiations
* Strategic, data-driven, and resilient, with a hands-on approach
* Experience of managing and developing teams
* CIPD qualified (or equivalent)
* Happy to travel across UK sites
