A leading international organisation is seeking an experienced Senior HR Change & Transformation Partner to support a significant people and organisational change programme across multiple European markets.
This is a high-profile opportunity for an accomplished Senior HR Business Partner, Head of HR, HR Director or HR Change professional who has successfully navigated complex organisational change within a multinational environment. Working closely with senior business and HR leaders, you will provide expert advice, influence key decisions and support the delivery of business-critical change initiatives.
Description
The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with a practical, hands-on approach, helping to shape change outcomes while ensuring effective implementation and stakeholder engagement across a diverse European workforce.
Partner with senior leaders to support the delivery of organisational change and transformation initiatives across multiple European countries.
Advise on workforce planning, organisational design and people impact considerations.
Provide guidance and challenge on employee relations, consultation requirements and change implementation approaches.
Build strong relationships across business and HR stakeholders, influencing decision-making and ensuring alignment throughout the change process.
Coordinate activities across multiple functions and geographies to support successful programme delivery.
Identify risks, manage stakeholder expectations and help deliver effective people outcomes during periods of change.
Support governance, reporting and implementation activities to ensure agreed objectives are achieved.Profile
We are interested in speaking with experienced HR professionals who can demonstrate:
Experience operating at Senior HRBP, Head of HR, HR Director or equivalent level.
A strong background in organisational change, transformation, restructures or workforce redesign within complex organisations.
The ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders while maintaining a collaborative approach.
Strong commercial awareness and sound judgement in managing people risk.
Experience operating within international or matrix organisations.
A pragmatic and hands-on style, with the ability to move between strategic discussions and operational delivery.
Experience operating in a manufacturing, Bio-sciences or Pharmaceutical /Healthcare industry is preferable but not essential.
Essential Requirement
Proven experience working with European Works Councils and managing multi-country consultation processes is essential.
This is a non-negotiable requirement, and applicants must be able to demonstrate previous experience supporting organisational change within a European Works Council environment
