Senior HR Officer

Witney / Hybrid | Full-Time | Temporary 

We're recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Senior HR Officer to join their HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive HR professional with strong recruitment and people services experience to play a key role in delivering a high-quality employee experience. 

Key responsibilities include:

Collating information from disciplinary investigations and producing investigation reports for Heads of Service to review and determine appropriate action
Depending on experience, conducting witness interviews as part of disciplinary investigations
Reviewing and updating employee onboarding documents and HR registers that require completion
Drafting formal company procedures to align with the Employee Handbook, based on information provided by the Managing Director
Communicating mandatory training requirements to employees and maintaining training records, including evidence of completion
Assisting with active employee relations cases where appropriate
Responding to HR queries and supporting the Administrator with a variety of HR administrative tasks

We're looking for someone with:

Previous HR and recruitment experience
CIPD Level 3 (or working towards) or equivalent HR experience
Excellent organisational and communication skills
A professional, confidential approach and strong attention to detail
Confidence using Microsoft Office and HR systems
