Job Description

Senior ICT Analyst (6-Month Contract)

Location: Lyndhurst, Hampshire (Hybrid – 50% office / 50% remote)
Rate: Equivalent to £40,174–£43,236 per annum (pro rata)
Contract: 6-month agency contract

An experienced Senior ICT Analyst is required to support a major digital transformation programme. You'll play a key role in supporting and enhancing Revenues & Benefits systems, managing system configuration, working with suppliers and internal stakeholders, and leading data migration, audits, and testing.

Key Responsibilities

  * Lead application delivery, system configuration, and platform optimisation.

  * Administer cloud and on-premise applications.

  * Deliver data migration, system integration, and end-to-end testing.

  * Work closely with Senior Analysts and Project Managers using ITIL and Agile methodologies.

What We're Looking For

  * Experience delivering and supporting business-critical applications.

  * Revenues & Benefits systems experience (NEC highly desirable).

  * Microsoft 365 experience, including Teams, SharePoint, and Power Platform.

  * Knowledge of data integration, system connectivity, and technical project delivery.

  * Familiarity with ITIL and Agile practices.
