💷 £51,802 - £61,059 per annum (pro rata for part time)

We’re delighted to be recruiting for a Senior Income Manager on behalf of a forward-thinking local authority in Suffolk. This is a key leadership opportunity within a newly transformed Housing Management Service, with a focus on delivering positive outcomes for tenants and the wider community.
🔍 About the Role: As Senior Income Manager (Income and Tenancy Sustainment Lead), you will:
Lead operational teams across income collection, tenancy sustainment, and older persons' housing.
Deliver innovative strategies that drive performance, maximise income, and ensure rent compliance.
Support the strategic direction of the housing service alongside senior leadership.
Be instrumental in ensuring services are compliant, efficient, and tenant-focused.This is a pivotal role in a service making real, measurable improvements in tenant satisfaction and operational efficiency.
👤 About You: We’re looking for someone who:
Has a strong background in housing management, particularly income collection and tenancy sustainment.
Demonstrates strategic thinking alongside hands-on leadership skills.
Has a proven track record of maximising income and improving service performance.
Brings empathy, resilience, and a commitment to fairness and respect in service delivery.🌟 What’s on Offer:
