Senior Infrastructure Engineer -Malta Office - Hybrid 45,000 - 52,000 (Euros)
Join a leading European tech-driven team as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer and help shape reliable, secure, and innovative IT systems for our client's multi-site operations!
The Role:
Own, optimise, and enhance IT infrastructure across data centres and offices throughout Europe.
Work on BAU tasks (firewall, VM builds, patching, troubleshooting) and drive automation and efficiency.
Lead or support business-critical infrastructure projects and collaborate cross-functionally.
Address security and compliance (SOC meetings, vulnerability management, GDPR).
Work with multiple teams to design, implement, optimise, and maintain solutions
What You'll Bring:
4+ years' experience in senior infrastructure or enterprise IT roles.
Hands-on expertise with hypervisors (VMware, Proxmox), Windows Server, networking (ACL, NAT, VPN), enterprise storage, backups, and server hardware.
Experience with Active Directory and Office 365 admin.
Bonus points for Azure Cloud, Intune, Grafana/Nagios, Cisco/Meraki, Linux, Terraform, Ansible, PCI/ITIL knowledge.
