Job Description
A rare opportunity has arisen for a Senior Interior Designer to join one of Chelsea’s most established design studios and make your mark across a portfolio of extraordinary projects.
You will lead and manage projects across a luxury portfolio alongside the Directors. Along with a salary of up to £60,000 per annum (depending on experience), you will also receive:
1 WFH day per week
1 fully remote week per year (can be abroad)
Lunch provided Monday–Thursday

What you’ll be doing as Senior Interior Designer:
Design & Concept Development — Create compelling design concepts, presentations and mood boards that reflect the client’s vision and the studio’s refined aesthetic.
Project Leadership — Manage the full design process from concept to completion, ensuring projects meet the highest standards of creativity and precision.
Client Relationships — Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, presenting concepts and ideas confidently and professionally.
Team Mentorship — Lead and mentor junior designers, fostering creativity and maintaining a culture of excellence within the team.
Technical Delivery — Oversee detailed drawings, specifications, and schedules, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
Supplier Coordination — Source and specify exceptional FF&E;, finishes and materials, maintaining trusted supplier and artisan relationships.
Budget & Programme Management — Oversee project budgets and timelines, ensuring deliverables are achieved on schedule and within scope.
Site Reviews — Conduct site visits and inspections, ensuring every project maintains the studio’s design integrity and quality standards.
We’re looking for a Senior Interior Designer with:
Extensive experience in high-end residential or luxury hospitality design.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop).
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Expertise in FF&E;, space planning, and concept development.
Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
A solid understanding of construction methods and detailing.
Confident in leading presentations and guiding teams.
You will be joining a leading luxury architecture and interior design practice based in Chelsea, London, catering to some of the world’s most discerning clients.
